CUSTOMER CARE AND WARRANTY


BESIDE ME Jewelry takes care of the quality and craftsmanship of our products. To ensure our customers can enjoy their purchases free of worry, we offer a two-year warranty on all our products.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship that may occur during the making of our jewelry. Under this warranty, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, any product that proves to be defective in these respects.

 

 

THE WARRANTY COVERS:

 

  1. Faulty Soldering: our warranty covers the loss of silver detail from a jewelry piece that was soldered.

  2. Stone lost: we offer to reset stones that you lose of our made jewelry pieces. However, if you lose stone because of accidental damage or in the event of ruining the stone setting, our warranty doesn't cover that.

  3. Clasp and Connector Breaks: we warranty the clasp and connector breaks.

THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

 

  1. Normal Wear and Tear: regular wear and tear, such as scratches, dents, or scuffs, that occur with normal use of the jewelry over time.

  2. Accidental Damage: any damage resulting from accidental incidents, including drops, and impacts.

  3. Broken Chains: silver chains are delicate and they can break if they are pulled snagged or caught on something accidentally. This can happen when the jewelry gets caught on clothing furniture or other objects. 

  4. Misuse or Improper Care: damage and oxidation caused by improper storage, cleaning, or maintenance of the jewelry. You can learn more about how to care for your silver jewelry below. 

  5. Alterations or Repairs by Third Parties: any modifications, repairs, or alterations performed by individuals or entities not authorized by our brand.

 

Making a Warranty Claim:

 

To initiate a warranty claim for covered issues, please contact us at beside.me.jewelry@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a picture of the damaged product. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Renewing and Polishing:

 

While not covered by warranty, we are happy to renew and polish silver jewelry for you at a price ranging from 10 - 40 EUR depending on the product and the amount. To inquire about renewal services, please email us a picture, and we will provide a quote.
