You may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of the original purchase date. All items must be in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us. If there is evidence to suggest that the goods have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product, the customer loses his/her right to exercise a return.

Most of my jewelry pieces are made manually only in response to an order.
Usually your order will be dispatched in 1-2 weeks, but sometimes execution time can be longer. In that case we will inform you about this situation.

DELIVERY INSIDE LITHUANIJA

All deliveries in Lithuania are made by LP Express courier service.

The items will be dispatched within 2 weeks after your order has been paid and accepted, unless stated else in product description section.

SHIPPING IN EU AND OUTSIDE EUROPE

All other deliveries are made by 1st class recorded post delivery.

I’ll provide you with a tracking code, so you can see where your parcel is at any time.

Delivery cost in Europe – 8€.

Delivery cost outside Europe – 12€.
