"Beside Me" is a jewelry brand that specializes in creating authentic, handcrafted little artworks with care and precision. I believe that every piece of jewelry tells a story and should be as unique as the person wearing it. That is why, as a creator, I choose to make only a limited amount of every jewelry design in my collection.
ABOUT ME
Hello, I'm GintarÄ— and 8 years ago my journey as a jeweler started. I found my passion for metalsmithing in the second year of art school when I enrolled in a jewelry-making workshop and immediately fell in love with this craftsmanship. After a year and a half of being in the jewelry, I bought some tools and started creating jewelry independently in my home studio. Since then, I had an internship in Vienna as a bench jeweler and a jewelry photographer and, also, worked in a few local jewelry brands. And, now, I have my jewelry studio where I share my knowledge and my creations with all of you. So let's meet up for a workshop, jewelry or, just for a coffee in my studio, in Vilnius!

Make your own jewelry
I created this jewelry workshop with the purpose to breathe new life into forgotten and outdated jewelry pieces that have been collecting dust in your jewelry box. I encourage participants to embrace the art of reusing and reinventing their old jewelry, turning nostalgic items into stunning new designs, that will be worn again.
During this hands-on experience, you’ll learn valuable techniques for transforming broken necklaces, mismatched earrings, and unworn bracelets into wearable jewelry. I will guide you through the process of design and craftsmanship, equipping you with the tools and knowledge needed to create heartwarming pieces that you like.
Bring along those old rings, necklaces from Grandma, those earrings you adore but never wear anymore, or any forgotten trinkets you can find. Our workshop will provide a friendly and supportive environment where you can explore your creativity, connect with fellow jewelry enthusiasts, and celebrate the beauty of sustainability.
Also, I invite everyone to these workshops who wants to try and learn more about bench jewelry and don't worry if you don't have spare jewelry pieces to reuse, I will provide you with the material.
